The Extraordinary Illustrations By Lucas de Alcântara Posted: 25 Apr 2011 10:18 PM PDT Is really funny how some niches of design / arts have their very own respective "heroes". T-shirt contests exist everywhere nowadays, even with you are not high instructed in serigraphy methods you can create a tee design. I discovered the work of Lucas de Alcantara thru this kind of websites, he's one of these illustrators that always surprise me, not just because of his meticulous technique, but mainly because of his ideas and how he bring them to a impressive final composition. If you want to know more about Lucas, please visit his Flickr or his Devianart. |
Beautiful Illustrations and Papercut Works by Bomboland Posted: 25 Apr 2011 08:05 PM PDT Some artists have so much of a good taste that it hurts. Visiting a few places I got to find these amazing, beautiful illustrations and papercut works that simply took my breath away.<!--break--> The best part is that the illustrations among these are so real that I can't tell with certainty which are illustration and which are papercut. Top notch work, for real. These are the work of Bomboland, an italian studio that just amazed me. For more of their work, you may visit their site! I hope you enjoy these. Cheers! ;) |
