| New Autodesk Office in San Francisco Posted: 02 Mar 2011 03:13 AM PST Autodesk is a company that goes back to my college, the sleepless nights working on Autocad, beautiful memories! But today there is not a day of nostalgia, is a day of architecture, and I made this post to show this new office in San Francisco Autodesk, simply amazing.<!--break--> Housed in a historic area of San Francisco and a building with an old structure, the office goes beyond the traditional cube, Autodesk requested something that would encourage an atmosphere of collaboration and creativity. The integration of new with old elements show a modern and serious character of Autodesk. Was maximized natural lighting through large windows as well as to enjoy the beautiful view of the city. O projeto é dos arquitetos HOK Architects.

| Extreme Light Painting by Janne Parviainen Posted: 01 Mar 2011 06:46 PM PST Some may say Light Painting is really overused nowadays and that's true, it's a really simple and impressive technique and there's a lot of photographers using it. However, I like to think that besides being really overused, someone will always try to bring this technique into a whole new level. And Janne Parviainen definetely did that.I really don't know how he creates this light skeletons and human shapes, must be micro fibers or wires maybe. It's a big mystery, what turns his photography in something more artistic and quite unique. You can see more of his light paintings at this Flickr. |
